Why APIIP-DDUSY?
APIIP-DDUSY is a dedicated funding track under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana, created exclusively for startups registered at the Arunachal Pradesh Innovation & Investment Park (APIIP).
Unlike the state-wide DDUSY programme which operates through district-level quotas for unemployed youth, APIIP-DDUSY is designed for innovation-driven startups selected through the Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Programme (APEDP).
Selected startups receive the full financial benefits of DDUSY along with APIIP’s mentorship programmes, hands-on business development support, and end-to-end startup guidance.
Note: APIIP-DDUSY is exclusively for startups registered under APIIP and selected through APEDP. Startups that have already availed benefits under the regular district-level DDUSY scheme are not eligible for this track.

Get Selected Through APEDP
Participate in APIIP’s Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Programme and pitch your business idea.
Apply for APIIP-DDUSY Funding
Once selected under APEDP, apply for DDUSY funding through this portal. Fill the online form and upload documents.
Business Plan & Bank Loan Facilitation
APIIP’s mentorship team helps prepare your business plan and connects you with banks.
Bank Sanctions Your Loan
The bank approves your application. Loans range from ₹10 Lakh to ₹1 Crore. You contribute your margin money (10-30%).
Receive Your 40% Capital Subsidy
Upon loan sanction, the Government releases the 40% subsidy. Women entrepreneurs get an additional 5% interest subvention.

APIIP-DDUSY is a dedicated funding track under DDUSY, exclusively for startups registered at APIIP. It provides a 40% capital subsidy on bank loans from ₹10L to ₹1Cr, along with mentorship and business development support.
Regular DDUSY operates through district-level quotas for unemployed youth. APIIP-DDUSY is for startups selected through APEDP. Financial benefits are identical, but APIIP-DDUSY includes dedicated mentorship, expert guidance, and co-working space.
You must be an APST entrepreneur with a greenfield business, registered under APIIP, and selected through APEDP. You must not have already availed regular DDUSY benefits.
APIIP has a dedicated quota of 50 startup slots, separate from district-level DDUSY quotas.
A 40% front-ended capital investment subsidy on the sanctioned bank loan. Land and building costs are excluded from project cost calculation.
